We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Hospital)Location: Agungi, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Candidate should be comfortable working at a hospital
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years experience as a hospital front desk.
Candidates should have experience in customer service and billing, preferably in a hospital.
The candidate should be able to resume immediately.

SalaryN60,000 monthly.
