YettySpeaks Confectionery Solutions is the parent company for Frozen Desserts like Frozen Custard & LollyPolly Fruit Bars. We started operation in December 2022, following the successful certification of our products by Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). We are a small sized business with an operating staff of 10 from our current factory in Oregunin Ikeja, Lagos.

Our aim is to spread Quality Desserts that all spectrums and classes of people can enjoy collectively. We are a fully owned Nigerian based company with international influences and partners.Our Flagship product is our Frozen Custard Frozen custard is a cold dessert similar to ice cream, but made with eggs in addition to cream and sugar. Our products are certified by Nigeria’s Agency for Food and Drug Administration (NAFDAC). We are registered under Nigeria’s Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC). We are also trademarked under Trademark, Patents & Design Registry, The Commercial Law Department under the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food TechnologistLocation: Ikeja, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Collaborate with food production staff for quality, safety, labeling, production, handling, and distribution of food products
Ensure that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management
Develop samples/prototypes of new products
Modify existing products to create more marketable products
Develop specifications for product production labeling
Compile cost analysis information.
Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth start-up for new product production processes
Support new product development and/or processes based on consumer feedback
Research products, markets, and technology to improve existing brand/product offering.
Ensure quality and safety of food products, finding substitutes for harmful ingredients
Adhere to federal compliance requirements

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.

SalaryN45,000 – N50,000 monthly.
