Job Overview
The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to company executives. This role involves maintaining the vehicle in pristine condition, planning optimal routes, and ensuring punctuality for all engagements. The Executive Driver will represent the company with professionalism and discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Transport company executives to various locations as per their schedule.
Ensure punctuality and safe driving practices at all times.
Assist executives with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling luggage or packages as needed.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the executive’s activities and personal information.
Keep up-to-date with road conditions, traffic regulations, and other relevant information.
Communicate effectively with executives to understand their preferences and requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and time constraints.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the executives or management.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) educational qualification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Good communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or in a corporate environment.
Excellent knowledge of Abuja and regional roadways and traffic patterns.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
