Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all company documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in attending to bids and tenders, ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
Manage the distribution and filing of documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
Monitor and control the flow of documents, both electronic and hard copy.
Maintain up-to-date records of all bids and tenders, including tracking their status and outcomes.
Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports related to bids and tenders.
Ensure that all document control activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
Prepare and submit bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid and tender submissions.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Proven experience in document control, records management, or a similar role.
Experience in handling bids and tenders is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:


At least 2 years work experience.
