We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Demand Planning AnalystLocation: Abuja (FCT)Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Set goals for distribution of goods and also, plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals
Preparing a statistical forecast of how much inventory is needed to avoid under/over stock of inventories
Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality
Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting of Sales data.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Updating of all port received and not yet received orders or containers accurately and on timely manner (Requires high follow-up).
Request for any report needed from sales reporter to be able to distribute goods wisely
Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets (Transportation cost)

Requirements

First Degree (HND / B.Sc.) in any discipline
The candidate must have 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
Excellent verbal, written communications and Analytical skills.
