Job Description
As a Delivery Manager – Employee Platform within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS), you will be responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of new business capabilities and solutions in the business process area of People Operations use cases.
You will be working with internal customers in 29 countries part of Coca Cola Hellenic Group and maintaining relationship with drivers’ stakeholders.
Your New Key Responsibilities
Lead the key stakeholders towards successful epics, features and project delivery
Lead by example, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed)
Ensure that customers’ needs are understood, expectations are managed, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved or exceeded
Contribute to establishing a performance and results-oriented culture
Demonstrate active learning with ownership and consistently applied technical/functional competence
Provide effective feedback to vendors and manage vendor performance
Ensure that agile and project teams and involved parties fully understand goals and are fully motivated to achieve them
Create a great working environment through positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the agile and project teams

I like to act as a Project Manager and manage successfully the delivery of New Business Functionality Initiatives and Roll Outs, through effective collaboration with Vendors
I have experience in delivery of big-scale projects
I am someone who can identify risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and manage the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility
I have solutions knowledge in People Operations area (HR administration and Rewards) – considered as a plus.
I have strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration
