We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer – Ago Palace Way

Location: Ago Palace Way – Isolo, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Objective of the Role

The objective of this role entails ensuring the accuracy and validation of data. It involves Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy.
Track documents received and completion dates.
Liaise with and follow up with employees within the lounge as well as with Vendors to collect information.
Capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
Scan documents into document management systems or databases and print when needed
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Enter and update data into various company systems.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents.
Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and vendors.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Maintain logbooks or records of activities and store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
