Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Duration: Mondays – Saturdays

Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Must be knowledgeable in the use of QUICKBOOKS.
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

SalaryN90,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
