Job Description

This is a full-time role as a Customer Fulfilment Lead at Made By Nigerians. The Customer Fulfilment Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer fulfilment or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
