Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our corporate sales efforts, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of key corporate clients.
The Corporate Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
A Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales efforts of a company within the corporate or business-to-business (B2B) sector.
This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with key corporate clients, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. Here’s a job description for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager:

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:


Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Create sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to present to senior management.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, and the federal government and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer value and drive sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

Market and Competitor Analysis:


Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Use insights from market analysis to adapt sales strategies and remain competitive.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:


Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.

Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on achieving results.

Sales Execution:


Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional activities that support sales goals.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Preferred Skills:


Experience in the corporate sales sector is highly desirable.
Experience in premium bikes sales.
Ability to drive sales with bulk sales with jumai, konga, etc will be a huge advantage
Desire to close bulk sales.
Experience in institutional sales.
Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.

Salary
N850,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
