We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contracting and Information Management Services Executive

Location: Lagos Island, LagosJob type: ContactCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Description

Supports in the development of commercially competitive contracting & procurement strategies.
Builds and maintains a strong network in the market, being fully aware of supplier developments and opportunities coming up in the market.
Manages key stakeholder interfaces, e.g., Category Leads, Contract Holders, Contract Owners, and suppliers.
Properly manage contracting documents via Ariba.
Supports to identify, develop & implement supply chain improvement opportunities, particularly to enable lean sourcing, and effective and waste-free requisition-to-pay (RTP) processes.
Supports to identify & understand commercial/procurement needs from internal stakeholders
Manages Supplier Relationships effectively and collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via relevant contract key metrics (e.g.: HSSE,
Operations, Cost) to ensure effective contractual delivery, value optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, and Social Sciences.
Professional Qualification in at least one of the following: Logistics, Material Management and Contracting and procurements.
Data analysis qualifications and/or Supply chain certification preferred (e.g., CIPS)
5 – 7 years Minimum
