We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Manager / Site Manager

Location: Benin, EdoEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Ensure on SITE that all activities within the installation perimeter are complying with the requisite work package Installation Procedures
Coordinate with all discipline to ensure that site installation is carried out with respect to approved installation methods.
Follow up and validate all Pre-commissioning activities as per Project specifications, design and codes.
Ensure that all consumables for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are identified and available.
Identify/monitor vendor mobilization/demobilization schedule for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Work with the QA/QC engineer to ensure the tracking of anomalies and non-conformities and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.
Ensure that all changes to the approved Installation program and procedures are implemented on Site;
Liaise with respective discipline supervisors/engineers to resolve any technical concern during installation/construction.
Ensure supervision on during the main fabrication, construction, and installation.
Ensure that all Pre-commissioning and commissioning project methodology are properly implemented on Site.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
