Job Title: Completions Drilling Supervisor (Completions DSV)

Location: Delta, Lagos and RiversEmployment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

As a Completions Drilling Supervisor (Completions DSV), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of drilling projects.
You will oversee drilling operations, manage personnel, and maintain safety and efficiency standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate drilling operations to meet project objectives and timelines.
15 years of experience.
Maintain strict safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Senior Drilling Engineers and Company Man to optimize drilling procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment and procedures comply with safety standards.
Monitor project costs and report on budget adherence.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on drilling operations and performance.
Coordinate drilling activities and liaise with drilling supervisors and engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor drilling operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage drilling equipment and service providers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with the drilling team to optimize operations.
Assist in budget management and cost control.
Manage drilling crews and support staff, providing guidance and leadership.

Requirements

University Degree in Engineering
15 years and above relevant to the scope.
Must be able to present a competence profile showing relevant experience in deepwater offshore rig.
Round 1&2 Shell certificates or their equivalent
Commitment to safety and quality
Proficiency in computer usage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management
Posses a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) certificate
Valid BOSIET/HUET certificate
Valid Offshore medical certificate confirming fitness to work offshore.
