We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Manager Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


The Commercial Manager at Advancly will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and establishing strategic partnerships.
The ideal person would have a deep understanding of the lending industryand a proven track record in business developmentfor extending credit to risk assets for MSMEs and large corporates.

Responsibilities


Generate leads and actively pursue new client relationships
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within MSMEs and large corporates through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators to assess and improve sales performance.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the lending fintech industry.
Assess credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the profitability and performance of lending products and initiatives.
Collaborate with brands marketing and communications, product development, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. a Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fintech industry, with a focus on lending.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
In-depth knowledge of lending products, financial services, and industry regulations.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven business development, partnership acquisition or marketing experience

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
