Job Summary
A fast-growing one stop full service integrated marketing communication agency requires a Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret client objectives, goals, and target audience to inform strategy development.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor and consumer insights to understand the market landscape.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management.
Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved performance.
Craft comprehensive marketing strategies, including channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in strategy development in the integrated marketing or related industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with strategy development tools and software (e.g., SWOT analysis, market research reports).
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
