Job Title: Clerical Administrator

Job Description

Client File Opening and Tracking
Tracking Client KYC documents and ensuring its up to date
Accounting for Intra and Inter department movement of Client’s file
Relating with Clients and Realtors when needed.
Sorting, Filing,and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

Requirements

OND in Accounting or Business Administration
Must be resident along Victoria Island Axis.
Smartness, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Ms-Office
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and maths skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Organizational and analyticalskills
