Job Title: Business Development / Office Administrator
Location: Lagos Island, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Ensure timely post and update on all social media handles
Manage proposals and conduct research on potential client
Identify, develop and target growth strategies for financial gains
Monitor and approve vendor needs for seminar
Liaise with partners on seminar facilitators and guest list
Design and implement office policies
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Process staff salaries and benefits
Evaluate administrative staff performance
Review and approve supply requisitions
Ensure all Bills are paid promptly
Check stock to determine inventory levels
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration / Management, Finance or other relevant degree
Computer skills including Ms Office Suite, Outlook programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Minimum of 5 years working experience
SalaryN200,000 – N250,000 / Month
