Responsiblities
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Identifying and develop new markets, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Trainining field sales staff
Forecasting sales revenue
Negotiatingclient pricing
Evaluatingcurrent sales performance and identify ways to expand
Providingreport of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Setting goals and develop sales plans for business and revenue growth
Planning and implement new target and drive market initiatives
