Description 

We are seeking an individual who can work in a fast paced environment, with a firm grasp on marketing strategies. The ideal candidates must possess a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
Contacting leads to establish rapport and close sales(Cold calling)
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals towards business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training and coaching team members on best practices.
Generating leads using various marketing channels.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Suite.
Strong Presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.

SalaryN80,000 monthly.
