We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ikoyi, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Development of business development strategy, targets, and implementation
Development of digital marketing strategy and implementation
Development of sales projections and targets
Resource management and control
Relationship management & customer retention
Customer care
Generation of business and revenue in line with agreed targets
Ensure business profitability and positive brand image.
Development of sales strategies and models
Preparation and timely submission of sales reports
Revenue generation and market expansion
Corporate image and publicity management

Requirements

A good 1st Degree from a reputable university. A second degree is an added advantage.
Must have at least 2 years business development experience in Interior Décor or Real Estate
Must have field marketing experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Be effective and efficient with timeliness
Be a strategic people person
An efficient communicator, and be an achiever.
Leadership potentials.
The ideal candidate is expected to be staying in or around the Island.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a win-win attitude
Be a team player
Have good industry knowledge and experience
Be an efficient cost manager

Remuneration / SalaryProposed pay is a minimum of NGN3,600,000 gross per annum aside from other perks.
