To rehabilitate, map out, align, build and lay a road network for smooth and accessible passage.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Site Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Project Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Project Supervisor in managing daily site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking work completed, identifying any issues, and suggesting corrective actions.
Support in the management of project documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection reports.
Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Contribute to the resolution of any on-site issues or conflicts.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring materials and equipment are used efficiently.
Learn and apply industry best practices and standards in site supervision.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
Assist in the inspection of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Help in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

Currently a corps member or just completed a Degree in Building Construction or a related field.

Salary
N60,000 – N100,000 / month.
