Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant, entrepreneurial and social media savvy Assistant Manager to supervise staff, strategize and execute business development initiatives.
This is a hybrid role (4 days on site and other days remote). Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
On-site supervision oflandscaping or bulk-order projects
Strategize on marketing & sales and execute brand growth initiatives
Resolving customer service issues if any in a professional and efficient manner
Assisting with packaging and sending out orders for delivery
Staff management and administrative support
Staying on trend with marketing strategies and advising CEO accordingly
Shoot brand products and create engaging picture or video content to drive traffic to social media platforms and to boost sales
Responding to customer messages on all media platforms and processing customer orders
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc in any related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing, managerial or executive assistant role
Excellent Customer Service,Problem Solving Skills andNegotiation Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Vibrant, outgoing and fun personality
Prior experience in horticulture is not required as the ideal candidate will be fully trained.
The ideal candidate should be based on the island preferably
Photography, graphics or videography skills will be an added advantage
Experience using tiktok, Instagram and other social media platforms
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
