Job Title: Administrative Lead

Role Expectations
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Recruit and work with programs team to train personnel
Supervise and monitor other front office and administrative staff
Ensure the entire facility is safe and clean, supportive of children and staff.
Track and measure compliance with organizational policies & standards
Adheres to ethical conduct and professionalism at all times
Monitoring income and expenditure in line with the clinic budget whilst presenting a weekly report of financial activities to the ED
Maintaining the financial records and general ledger, preparing and analyzing budgets, financial reports and performing general bookkeeping.
Monitoring accounts payable and receivables and debts recovery.
All cash handling and invoicing i.e. disbursements and collections
Ensuring financial compliance with legislation and regulatory bodies and prepare monthly reports for the Clinical Director’s and Auditors
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Keep the Clinical Director and the ED abreast of all business activities and developments with timely reports on the operational condition of the organization.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
Preparing and administering monthly payroll and making statutory remittances Tax, pension etc.
Qualifications
BSc / BA in Business Administration, Accounting or relative field
Requirements:
Proven experience as administration manager
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
Salary RangeN100,000 – N150,000 / month.
