We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Sales Account Plans to align with SLB strategy with customer drivers.
The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the assigned accounts.
This person maintains a thorough understanding of the accounts’ commercial and procurement organization, strategy, and direction, and maintains strong relationships with the relevant customers’ stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the assigned customers activity forecasts in Global Account Capture.
Identify sales leads and opportunities.
Promote development of multi-Division and integrated opportunities.
Maintain Cloud for Customer (C4C) account contacts and C4C account sales team; validate pipeline completeness.
Coordinate SLB executive visits with customer.
Own and maintain regional master service agreements between the accounts and Geographical Unit.
Participate as needed in negotiation strategy development and negotiations.
Provide support for receivables management.
Assume accountability for assigned multi-Division and integrated opportunities.
Develop influential relationships with key customer buying center stakeholders.
Communicate customer drivers with Geographical Unit and Global Account teams.
Contribute to opportunity strategies and development.
Own and update Sales Account Plans, aligned with global account and Division drivers.
Contribute to global account plans and ensure plans are aligned with Geographical Unit strategy.

RequirementsWe are looking for people that are willing to learn, resourceful, intuitive, creative, and collaborative skills with the below qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanic, Petroleum, Physical or relative discipline
At least 10 years experience in operations management and sales in a multinational organization/Service Company
Excellent communication skills 
Candidate must be able to communicate in English. French, Italian will be an advantage
