Popular American disc jockey and rapper, DJ Khaled, has once again expressed deep admiration for Nigerian sensational singer, Temilade Openiyi, professionally known as Tems.
In a recent interview, the record producer expressed his desire to collaborate with Tem, praising her unique talents and originality.
DJ Khaled described the Grammy Award winner as being pure and noted that her music comes from her heart.
“I want to work with Tems, so… I really want to do something special with her. I love what she’s about; I love her energy; her music comes from her heart; you can feel it,” he said in part.

This comes days after DJ Khaled declared himself to be Tem’s biggest fan when they met on the red carpet at the 65th Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
The 27-year-old Nigerian music sensation won the “Best Melodic Rap Performance” category at the 2023 Grammys on Sunday night, February 6, for her part in “Wait for U,” by Future featuring Drake, beating DJ Khalid’s “Beautiful” and Kendric Lamar’s “Die Hard,” among others.
Following Tems’ historic win, a heartwarming video of American DJ and record executive, DJ Khaled congratulating her made the rounds online.
In the video, DJ Khaled declared himself as Tems’ biggest fan.
“I don’t know if you know it, I’m really your biggest fan, I can talk about for like 20 minutes straight. I love you, congratulations”, DJ Khaled told Tems.
