Controversial Nigerian singer, Temmie Ovwasa has said she would rather go to hell than be stuck in heaven with Christians.
The former YBNL signee, who is known for her involvement in black magic and lesbianism, stated this during an interview with Big Brother Naija star Doyin on the latest episode of her podcast, “Doyin’s corner”.
When questioned about her remark, Temmie explained that Christians have treated her unkindly, hence why she would choose to be in hell instead of heaven with them.
She clarified, however, that she does not genuinely believe in the concept of a pit of eternal damnation and often jokes about it to provoke a reaction from people.
“I do not think I am going to hell. I joke about it often because it gets on people’s nerves, and I love it, but I do not think I am going to hell.
I do not believe there is a pit of eternal damnation that I am going to. And to be honest, if there is a pit of eternal damnation that I am going to, I will rather go there than be stuck with Christians because Christians are the meanest people I have met in my life”, Temmie Ovwasa said.
