MESSAGE:
The gospel is the good news that Jesus came to die for mankind and reconcile him to God. You have been mandated as a child of God who has received salvation to share this truth with others. Unfortunately, one of the reasons people donât do this is that they donât want to interfere in other peoples lives, even when they see their peers going wayward or engaging in worldly pleasures, they stay silent. Would you rather have the blood of that person on your head if he or she goes to hell? God forbid! You must make it a point of duty to share your salvation experience with everyone you come in contact with.
Another reason people donât share the gospel is that they are not sure whether they are born again or not. You see, the salvation experience is not based on the fact that you are from a Christian home or attend a particular Church, but on your encounter with Jesus Christ on a personal level. He saved you from sin and gave you a new life. If you have truly experienced this, you will not find it difficult to introduce Jesus to your relatives, friends, neighbours and everyone!
ACTION POINT:
If youâre not sure of your salvation, rededicate your life to God now and begin to share the gospel.
HYMN 10: MUST I GO AND EMPTY HANDED
CHORUS
âMust I go and empty-handed?â
Must I meet my Saviour so?
Not one soul with which to greet Him,
Must I empty-handed go?
