6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

MFM Devotional For Today 2023 MESSAGE:

There is so much to know about the human thought and its role in our total well-being. To remain healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally, even spiritually, the state of mind plays a vital role which must in no way be ignored or belittled. The Bible says that as a man thinks in his heart so he is. This simply tells us that you are the reflection of your thoughts. The health of your thoughts determines to a great extent your health status. Show me a peaceful, loving and joyful person, and I will show you a healthy man or woman. Bring up a depressed, sad, morose-looking and downcast person and we don’t need medical personnel to tell us the state of that person’s health. Bottom line, a sick mind will produce unhealthy and uncoordinated thoughts which can run the whole human system aground. The worst case is that it will also affect your spiritual life if you ignore it.

The mind of a man is the control room of his life. That is where issues of life are handled, according to Proverbs 4:23. It is the laboratory that produces your thoughts. Your thoughts produce your words and actions which eventually speak of who you are. The book of Matthew tells us that our words are the overflow of the abundance of the heart. Therefore, you need a level of discipline in this area of your life if you must remain safe and sound.Unfortunately, many people, even Christians, don’t pay attention to the state of their mind and they end up with uncoordinated words and behaviours. Some persons blame others or the devil for this human negligence. So sad!

Apostle Paul gave us a short but very deep way of disciplining our thoughts in Philippians 4:8. All you need to do is to use this spiritual parameter to weigh your thoughts and do a simple self-assessment to know whether your thoughts are disciplined or not. In fact, to discipline your thoughts is not a one-time project, but an ongoing spiritual and mental exercise. The place of the Holy Spirit in it all cannot be left out; without Him you can’t go far.

MORNING

Thou east wind of deliverance, arise from your abode and scatter the camp of my enemies, in the Name of Jesus.

East wind of deliverance, blow and cause confusion in the camp of my oppressors, in the Name of Jesus.

East wind of deliverance, cause deliverance to happen in every situation concerning me, in the Name of Jesus.

EVENING

East wind of deliverance, attack every plantation of darkness assigned against me, in the Name of Jesus.

East wind of deliverance, go to the north, south, east and west and shake down every wickedness positioned against me, in the Name of Jesus.

Thou east wind of deliverance, move in the amazing Name of Jesus and cause great deliverance to happen in my body, soul and spirit, in the Name of Jesus.

East wind of deliverance, move and contend with those that contend with me, in the Name of Jesus.
