14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

MFM Devotional For Today 2022 MESSAGE:

In our Fire Scripture, Paul urges believers not to have any relationship with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). Any relationship you have with unbelievers may weaken your Christian commitment, integrity and standard with God, and this may also lead to backsliding. You are to avoid relationships that can force you to compromise your faith in God.

God wants the totality of your life. He does not want to share you with any idol. That is the reason why He said you should come out of the world and be separated. When you shun worldliness, God will be your Father as He has promised in 2 Corinthians 6:16-18. You cannot be in the world and expect the blessings of God.

There are many benefits to enjoy when you come out of the world and come to God: First, you will be accepted into the family of God. The father of the prodigal son accepted him back when he repented and came back to him (Luke 15:22; John 1:12).

Secondly, coming back to God will give you assurance of eternal life with Christ (Romans 6:23). Life without God is eternal death. Life with Christ is a new life that begins on earth and continues forever with God. What is your choice? Come back to God so that you can enjoy eternal life with Him.

Thirdly, God will give you rest from all your struggles, labour and suffering. Consider the following question: How is your relationship with God? Have you gone away from Him?

God created you to have fellowship with Him but if you have walked away from Him, you are missing out on the main reason you were created. It is time to come back to God.

The steps are very simple: repent of your sins, have godly sorrow for your sins and put away everything that takes the place of God in your life. Whatsoever you place first above God is an idol. Finally, commit yourself to serving the true and only God Almighty. God bless you, in the name of Jesus.

Every power assigned to distract me, be bound, in the name of Jesus.
Every power assigned by the host of darkness to draw me away from eternal life, die, in the name of Jesus.
Holy spirit, help me not to depart from the faith forever, in the name of Jesus.

Any spirit of the world beckoning to me, i bind you, in the name of Jesus.
Any part of me thirsting for friendship with the world, receive divine deliverance, in the name of Jesus.
I reject the activities of the spirit of hypocrisy, in the name of Jesus.
By the power in the name and blood of Jesus, no lying spirit will have its way in my life, in the name of Jesus..

PRAYER POINTS:

Nobody shall refuse me any good thing, in the name of Jesus.
From today, my life shall be guided towards green pastures, in the name of Jesus.
The blood of Jesus shall take me everywhere there are food and blessings, in the name of Jesus.
Every curse placed on my community that is affecting my life, break, in the name of Jesus.
By the blood of Jesus, O God, make everything in my life to become pure, in the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, I enter into covenants of long life, security and prosperity, by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
Everything God has created, begin to serve me and bless me, in the name of Jesus.

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank You for:

Drawing me to prayer and power,
The salvation of my soul,
Baptizing me with the Holy Spirit,
Producing spiritual gifts upon my life,
The fruits of the spirit working in me,
The wonderful gift of praise,
All the ways You have intervened in my affairs,
Your divine plan for my life,
You will never leave me nor forsake me,
Bringing me to a place of maturity and deeper life,
Lifting me up when I fall,
Keeping me in perfect peace,
Making all things work together for good for me,
Protecting me from the snares of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence,
The wonder-working power in Your Word and in the Blood of the Lamb,
Giving Your angels charge over me,
Fighting for me against my adversaries,
Making me more than a conqueror,
Supplying all my needs according to Your riches in glory,
