Job Summary


The Campus Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus activities, student engagement, and outreach programs. This role involves coordinating events, promoting student participation, and ensuring the efficient implementation of campus initiatives. The Campus Coordinator serves as a liaison between the campus administration, community managers, students, and external organizations/vendors, fostering a positive campus experience.

Key Responsibilities


Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute campus events, workshops, and programs to promote student involvement and community engagement.
Student Outreach: Engage with the student body to gather feedback, promote participation in campus activities, and identify areas for improvement in campus life.
Student Engagement: Actively promote and encourage student participation in campus events, fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
Conflict Resolution: Address any student concerns or conflicts related to campus activities, providing mediation and support where necessary.
Compliance: Ensure all campus activities comply with institutional policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the project manager on the success of campus activities, student engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with students, faculty, and staff regarding campus activities, schedules, and important announcements.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of campus resources such as spaces and materials.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor student leaders, clubs, and committees, providing guidance and support in organizing their activities.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in campus coordination, student engagement, or event management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Leadership and mentorship experience is a plus.
Knowledge of campus policies and regulations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
