Job Title: Programme Administrator Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Leadership:
Be knowledgeable about Company services and efficiently be proactive in performing the role.
Operations:
Support recruiting new ACE members and work with the Service team to retain existing ACE members.
Support in developing and implementing strategic projects/programs to deepen ACE’s impact in Nigeria.
Participate in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to facilitate ACE program marketing, training adoption, and growth.
Develop a go-to-market plan to promote ACE program offerings in identified target markets.
Work with ACE’s strategic members and, create an engagement plan, and execute accordingly.
Participate in formulating regular progress reports, final reports, briefs and comprehensive reports for ongoing projects, as well as correspondence with recipient sponsors;
Participate in the production of high-quality, competitive proposals that represent the company’s brand, values, and profile.
Maintain updated soft and hard pipeline project databases, project tracking and maintain an information database and update monitoring tools;
Support project leads in work-planning, implementation, reporting, and project coordination with stakeholders; initiate actions to be taken with relevant partners, Agencies, institutions, and stakeholders on issues related to project management to enhance theeffective implementation of programmes.
Identify and develop training/program demand and create a training plan partnership in association with the ACE curriculum and training team.
Manage the execution and monitoring of grants and contracts and resolve grant and contract-related issues.
Assist in curriculum matters, evaluation, revision, and development.
Manage and oversee the administrative components of scheduling within the Unit.
