Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Assistant with 0-2 years of experience and fluency in French to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will support our efforts to expand our presence in French-speaking regions by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in French-speaking regions.
Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
Track and report on sales activities, including customer feedback and market conditions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors and market trends.
Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in French and English.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.

Qualifications

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
Must have a valid international passport.
Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
