Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Officer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Ensure security procedures are followed regarding visitor access.
Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed.
Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organisation and its services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Must live on the Island
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
Professional and polished appearance.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Fluency in English is a must.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
