Job Title: Sales Business Development Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Officer at Bevelog Nigeria Limited in Port Harcourt.
The role involves engaging in new business development activities, analyzing market trends, prospecting, managing finances, communicating effectively with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business leads, including research, outreach, and follow-up.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and customer success.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
Account Management: Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements


Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
