We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Alaba International Market – Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Officer to oversee our quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
Attend to customer’s complaints/feedback on Company’s product
Maintain a daily and monthly record of returns and defective items
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Research, analyze and evaluate the quality of new company products.
Periodically conduct product review and ratings

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
3+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
