Shakti tells the teacher that she is lying, she says no, nobody came to see him ever. The principal comes there so Shakti asks Kartik to call his father and tell him. Kartik says my mother went to God, I don’t have her now. Shakti is sad hearing that. Shakti says what about your father? call him. Keertan hides and smirks. Kartik says I can’t call him as he will be angry. The teacher says you don’t know this kid, he is problematic. Shakti says he must have a reason for it, you shouldn’t scold him and try to hear his issues. He is a kid so he will do mistakes but you shouldn’t be harsh on him. He is a kid and would listen to you if you are nice and loving to him, he is innocent and just need our love.

Kartik is happy. Shakti tells him that there are many people who love him. Kartik hugs her, the kid says lets go Kashyp. He goes with her. Shakti is shocked and thinks what if he is Keertan’s son? She runs behind him but the guard says you have to leave now. She says I just want to talk to him. The principal says its against the law, you can ask me anything. Shakti asks what’s his father’s name? she says I can’t give you personal information like this, you have to leave now. Shakti looks on. Keertan hides and thinks she has to find the truth about Kartik.

Shakti is in the school. Manorama calls her and asks her to come back home in 15 minutes otherwise she is dead for her. She ends the call. Shakti is waiting in the principal’s office. He never thought about his son till now so why does he care now? he doesn’t even know how he looks like but acting like he will die now without him. Kartik is happy. Shakti asks if his father’s name is Keertan Kashyp? He says no, his name is.. Shakti gets Dharam’s call and he tells her to come home fast. Rimjhim tells her to leave everything and come back fast. She ends the call. Shakti tells Kartik that his father must have some issue that’s why he couldn’t come to see you, I know he would miss you and must love you a lot so don’t be angry at him. Take care. She starts leaving from there but her dupatta gets stuck in Kartik’s shirt. He asks if they will not meet again? Shakti says we will, I make you meet my husband after our marriage. He has clean heart like you. I have to go now but I will be back soon, she hugs him and leaves. Kartik looks on.

Dadi tells Ragunath to not try to hurt Shiv otherwise she will open their secrets to the world. Ragunath angrily leaves. Shiv cries and tells Dadi that he is in pain, he wants his son back.

Ragunath tells Mandira that if she didn’t tell him on time then Shiv would have brought Kartik here. If Kartik came here then old wounds would come up. He thanks her for taking care of everyone and leaves. Mandira smirks and says this new year is going to be my year.

Shakti comes home and finds the family sitting there worried for her. Rimjhim glares at her. Chacha says you shouldn’t have left, Rimjhim asks where did you go? Dharam says Shiv’s family was asking for you. Rimjhim says she is selfish and doesn’t care about us. Manorama grabs Shakti’s hand and takes her to the room. All look on.

Keertan comes back home and looks around. He goes to his room. Mandira keeps an eye on him.

Manorama asks Shakti where did she go? I trust you completely so you can tell me. Shakti says I followed Keertan. Rimjhim hides and hears all that. manorama says he went to the hospital? Shakti says no, he went to a school and I had a doubt that he has a kid but I was wrong. Rimjhim is angry but recalls Mandira’s words to not confront Shakti. Rimjhim says she is jealous that Keertan loves me, she is my enemy. I am going to be her enemy now. Once I get married to Keertan then I will try to stop her wedding with Shiv.

Mandira asks Keertan where did he go? he says to the hospital. She says if you try to stop Shiv and Shakti’s wedding then I won’t spare you. Padma says he must be telling the truth. Rimjhim calls Mandira and tells her everything. Mandira smiles and tells Keertan that she was wrong to doubt him, go and rest. She goes from there.

Scene 2

Manorama tells Shakti that you were worried about Rimjhim and left your ceremony? Shakti says all is good now. Manorama tells her that I know you love Rimjhim a lot and protective of her. You stopped Ranjan’s wedding with her but you couldn’t find anything against Keertan so maybe you are wrong this time? Shakti says what if he is a wrong man? Shakti consoles her.

Keertan says Shakti wouldn’t be silent after knowing the truth so what’s the matter? He goes from there. Mandira and Padma hear that.
