Job Description
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the portfolio of ecosystem-embedded partners for our Embed product.
The incumbent will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with partners to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the financial services and lending industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives
Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new partners and integrate them into the company’s lending ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
Drive the growth of the embed product portfolio by leveraging partner networks and opportunitiies.
Work closely with internal teams, including commercial, marketing, product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with company goals.
Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner engagements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance partnership strategies.
Work closely with partners to identify and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Regularly review and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with compliance and risk management in a partnership context.
Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the financial services or lending industry.
Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem and financial products.
Salary
N300,000 / Month.Â
