Job Description

Wellness Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy experience and reside around Maryland, Lagos.
This role involves dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Our operation hours are from 9 am to 9 pm and we operate in shifts.

Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:

Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
Provide detailed information on proper medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.

Patient Counseling:

Offer expert advice and counseling to patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Address patient concerns and questions regarding their medications.

Regulatory Compliance:

Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications and patient information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Pharmaceutical Care:

Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure effectiveness and safety.
Conduct medication reviews and manage drug interactions.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory of medications and supplies.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy.
Candidates must reside in or around Maryland, Lagos.

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
