Job Title: Front Desk OfficerLocation: Lagos

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk position at Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited located in Lekki.
The Front Desk personnel will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
The role also requires computer literacy for handling various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills
Positive and friendly demeanor
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Customer Care experience is a must have
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
