Picadailys is a multi-faceted platform that offers various services to its customers. These services include value added services such a bill payments, airtime and data recharge, T.V subscriptions, betting , and gift cards. Picadailys also provides self-services from our partners in the areas of travels and leisure, food and drinks, fitness and entertainment , delivery services and consumables. Additionally, the platform offers brand advertising services including pay per click(PPC), pay per engagement (PPE), pay per action(PPA) and pay per mile (PPM). Picadailys also operates a banking/wallet service that allows users to create virtual accounts, fund wallets, transfer funds, convert currencies, obtain virtual USD cards and prepaid cards.

Job Description


This is a full-time -on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Picadailys in Port Harcourt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your day-day tasks will involve handling customer inquires, resolving issues or complaints, assisting customers with their service needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities


Respond to customer queries, promptly over emails, calls, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Track customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to address complex queries.
Provide product information, troubleshoot problems and assist customer with account related inquiries.

Qualifications


Degree in English and Communication studies or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to speak more than one Nigeria major languages is a plus.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers.
Customer service representative, customer support, and customer service skills.
Experience in the service industry is a plus.
