Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our company adheres to its internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance across all departments, as well as providing guidance on policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Policy and SOP Development:
Assist in the development and updating of company policies and SOPs to align with best practices and organizational goals.
Ensure all policies and SOPs are documented and accessible to relevant personnel.
Investigation and Resolution:
Investigate compliance breaches and non-adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve compliance issues.
Advisory Role:
Advise management on compliance-related matters and provide guidance on policy implementation.
Stay informed about best practices in compliance to proactively address potential challenges.
Compliance Monitoring:
Regularly review and monitor company operations to ensure adherence to established policies and SOPs.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Training and Education:
Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and SOPs.
Provide ongoing education and updates on changes to policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Document all compliance-related incidents and the measures taken to address them.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with relevant work experience.
