Job Description
In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating smooth operations within the office environment.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is organized and readily accessible.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space, ensuring that office equipment is in working order, and troubleshooting any office-related issues.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Social Science / Business Administration or other related discipline.
Work Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good data-gathering, analysis and problem-solving skills
High ethical standards and integrity.
