We are seeking intelligent and talented Admin Officer to join our Organization
Job Objectives
As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing a subsidiary of the Company that is into properties and rental. Additional it will be part of your responsibilities to oversee the buildings and apartments.
This person must be skillful in property management including on-boarding of new Tenants and finding areas that need improvements, candidates within the age bracket of 22-30years will be most prefered
The Job functionalities for this role includes but not limited to the followings:
Engaging customers online and offline:
On-boarding new tenants, guest checking in and out of the apartments,
Properly dominating Customers
Ensurethat each apartment is wellfurnished
Overseeing the apartments across locations and their general maintenance
Ensuring that utilities like water, power, Dstv
Provide advice to clients and colleagues
Coordinating and the cleaning of the short lets.
Conducting sales of Properties
Support in managing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and artisans e.g., Facility Officer/ Electrician, Carpenters, Plumbers, Welder etc. to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees / OND with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
