Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and organized Church Administrator to join our team and support our congregation in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth church operations.
Oversee financial management, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Operate and organize EasyWorship software for accurate worship service management.
Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and church members to foster a cohesive community.
Coordinate church events, meetings, and activities.
Support church leadership with communications, scheduling, and documentation.
Qualification and Skills
A minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably within a church or non-profit setting.
Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with others.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
A deep understanding of and a heart for the mission and values of our church.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Competence in financial management, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
Salary
N40,000 – N70,000 / month.
