Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 18
I was not able to sleep throughout the night because I kept thinking about what Aaron said last night. He said that I may not like what he will say. He also said something about being compelled to do so. Now, what does that mean? I was pulling my hair in frustration because suspense looked good only in books and movies, not in real life.
Finally, it was morning and I was still not feeling sleepy. I was feeling a bit tired for not sleeping all throughout the day so I decided to bath. The bath made me feel a bit fresh. I wore a hoodie with pants because it was quite cold since morning. The weather was windy and it looked like it is going to rain soon.
I was greeted by Stella as I reached downstairs. I got to know from her that Aaron had left early in the morning to meet with his client. Stella was waiting for me because Aaron had asked her to get a file from his office and she needed my help to find it.
“Sir said that he had forgotten to take that file, so he wanted me to search for it and send it through his driver. And I need your help in searching for that file” Stella said as she took us to Aaron’s office.
“How does the file look like? There are a lot of files here.” I said as I looked at the mess made by Stella while trying to search for the file.
“It is a red file with a black border which was confidential written it. And the file number is ASQ98.”
I widened my eyes, “I don’t think that information is going to be of much help here.”
“I know Mam, but we don’t have an option. We need to find that file at any cost and send it to Sir.”
“Okay, let’s start searching for it.” I sighed.
It took us a lot of time but finally I managed to find a red file with the number ASQ98. I gave it to Stella and was about to leave when something caught my attention.
There was another file in the room with my name written on it. For a second, I thought that it might be someone else but I couldn’t stop myself from opening the file. What I found inside left me speechless. It was definitely me because the details mentioned in the file completely matched with me.
I must have known that this was going to happen. I shouldn’t have trusted Aaron.” I took the file went to my room.
I checked my phone and found that all my contacts were deleted. Nowadays, since we can store all the numbers in our phone, we hardly remember any of them. I wanted to cry but it was not the time. I have to do it. I have to run from here as soon as possible. If I don’t run away, I am going to die.
✨Today’s Question.✨
Do you think Amelia should forgive Aaron?
