Drama as woman finds out male colleague she’s been sleeping with bought a wig for another colleague

A human resource personnel has given an insight into the funny conflicts she occasionally has to resolve in her workplace.
The woman, identified as @Caramel_Top on Twitter, disclosed that she once settled an issue between two employees who had been having an affair in the office.
She disclosed that all hell broke loose when the employee found out that her male colleague, whom she had been sleeping with, bought a wig for another female colleague.

She shared this in response to another tweet from an HR office who recounted her experience settling an issue involving the company’s security guard impregnating a food seller’s daughter.
The post reads, “HR is such a weird role. One minute you documenting Employee Experience ideas for the company’s year end activities. Next minute, you are settling fight because the company’s security guard impregnated the daughter of a food seller across the street 🥲”
In response, @Caramel_Top also shared her own experience, stating,
“Lmaoooo…Or you are settling fight between two employees that slept with each other for 4months, and started fighting because the male employee bought wig for another female employee, and it’s affecting their work rate.”
