We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Open Market)Locations: Lagos & Aba, AbiaIndustry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals
Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within region.
Participate in annual sales strategy planning
Develop annual sales quotas for sales representatives and distributors. Manage and control department expenses at or below budgeted levels
Generate quotations to identified strategic key accounts monthly.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
5-6 years of work experience.
Proven work experience in open-market FMCG is a must
Candidate must be working in an FMCG/Manufacturing Company
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration & BenefitsN200,000 – N250,000 (Net) Monthly + sales incentives + transport & airtime float.
