He was released by the former Nigeria Professional Football League champions Rangers at the end of last season.
The left-back signed for an undisclosed fee with the Chanji Boys.
He joined Katsina United on a two-year deal.
He played a crucial role in the build-up to Rangers’ Federation Cup final appearance, which ended in a loss to Bendel Insurance.
He netted twice and provided five assists during his time with the Coal City outfit.
Ezeh played for Gombe United before joining Rangers last season.
