Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Helpdesk OfficerLocation: Victoria Island, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills
Responsible for monitoring the follow-up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.
Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
Act as support for the Technical Manager for the exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience. 

SalaryN70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
