Lost in love on starlife Wednesday 14th June 2023 update, Sai’s senior doctor Dr. Srinivas shows her a PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder) ward where police officers who are injured on-duty or are suffering from any mental or physical trauma are treated. Sai asks why this ward is empty. Dr. Srinivas says they are getting treatment outside by an artist. Sai asks if he can take her to them. Dr. Srinivas agrees, takes her out, and introduces her to artist Sahiba.

Sai is surprised to see Sahiba. Dr. Srinivas asks if they know each other. Sai says Sahiba is also a good painter. Sahiba asks Sai if she is a doctor. Sai says these are all her patients. Sahiba says she works whole her for her family and for does social work to help others. Sai feels impressed. They notice officers venting out their frustration on a clay.

Virat visits an orphanage, meets its manager, informs that a kid named master Vinu was brought here from City Hospital after a bus accident, gives his hospital file, and requests her to give information about Vinu. Manager asks why he wants to know about this kid. Virat says he knows its a confidential matter, he himself has adopted a boy from an orphanage whom he and his whole family love immensely, its important for him to know about master Vinu. Manger agrees and checks records. She informs that Vinu was brought in here and was in deep drama, nobody had adopted him initially, but a couple adopted later and now he is around Nagpur. She gives Vinu’s current address. Virat thanks manager and Bappa and thinks finally he would be able to meet his son.

Vinu gets ready for school and is about to leave when Bhavani plays with a toy gun with him and gifts him that toy saying he will become a police officer when he grows up. Vinu he will become a doctor like doctor aunty and help people. Bhavani gets angry and says he should love his mother and another doctor aunty. Vinu describes how doctor aunty treated him and cared for him. Bhavani yells at him to stop chanting doctor aunty’s name and warns him that he will become a police officer and not a doctor when he grows up. Vinu walks away crying. Sonali says whatever Bhavani tries, Vinu will not obey her. Bhavani says Vinus in not her blood and an outsider will always like outsiders. Pakhi hears that and says Vinu is her and Virat’s son and even if she gets a biological son, she will prioritize vinu first as emotional relationships are stronger than blood relationships. Bhavani says these phiologisical words look good in speeches, but reality is something different; an outsider can act as dear one, but can never be a dear one; she just needs her own blood and she would never love an adopted kid. Pakhi feels disguised.

An officer continue to vent out his anger on a clay. Constable tries to stop him. Sahiba says let him vent out his frustration. Officer stops. Sahiba says its good he vented out his negativity, now he can show his positivity by moulding a pot. Officer shouts to stop showing fake sympathy and walks away. Dr. Srinivas informs that he is a brave officer Pratap lost his hand in an terrorist operation, since then he shows his frustration out. Sahiba says she can understand. Sai says Pratap is deeply hurt, she and Sahiba can heal his mental trauma. Sahiba agrees and asks Dr. Srinivas to show her room. Dr. Srinivas says rooms are under renovation and hence he rented a house at a distance for her. Sahiba says she doesn’t know the roads here. Sai offers her to say at her home and convinces her.

Virat returns home, searches for Vinu’s documents, finds his birth certificate, and thinks he will get his son via this birth certificate. Pakhi walks in and asks what is he searching. He thinks he should hide it from her.

She tries to pick certificate. He stops her and says doctor advised her not to bend down and nervously keeps certificate in a file. Pakhi says Vinu is upset after Bhavani scolded him, so if they can take him out and cheer him up. Virat asks if she can handle Vinu as he has investigation to finish.
